A sunset stroll, wearing something warm but also nice to be able to stop for a drink … what to put?
A khaki skirt, which makes casual; but in cupro, which is chic!
See by Chloé, this long skirt is made of a material similar to viscose, of natural cellulosic origin processed to obtain a fabric which resembles silk, both as shininiess and hand, but cheaper and stronger. Characterized by pinched pleats on the front, with soft elastic waist and raw hem, it’s size 12GB, of a few seasons ago.
The vest with high collar and buttons, military-inspired braiding on shoulders, is Weekend Max Mara. Size M in 100% cotton, it does not keep very warm but it gives an original touch to the look.
To stay warm, an old cashmenre turtleneck by Zara, also in size M.
A little to warm up, a little because I liked to recall the light color of the vest, I wore this cap in 100% cashmere, unbranded.
For the same reason, I worn for the first time these gloves that were in my drawer since a couple of years. In stretch wool, without logo, with cute bow and beads motif, they softens the outfit in a feminine way.
A only accessory, but important: a necklace with leather lace and a special pendant, handmade and purchased last summer at a craft store in the island of Elba. One of my wearable souvenirs.
For a walk it is a must to wear comfortable shoes, so I opted for this vintage look ankle boots with buckles and studs, by Cushla White.
The stockings, which had to keep warm as the skirt was light, are in a mixed cashmere cotton by Calzedonia.
Thanks to Angela Semilia for the photos.
I wish you a good weekend, and I recommend you take advantage of these sunny days to have a walk.
